R.A. Apffel Beach Park (East Beach)

This beachfront park offers a swath of beach with stunning Gulf of Mexico Views. The event area offers generous dimensions at 80 wide by 40 feet deep. The beach is located just a few hundred yards from the event area. This includes a roof-covered pavilion capable of hosting 150 of your guests. It’s the largest of the beachfront wedding destinations Visit Galveston and the Galveston Park Board is proud to share with wedding parties and newlyweds.

Dellanera RV Park

Another beachfront location sure to make any smaller wedding a blissful occasion. Shuttle service is recommended for your guests, as there is no parking available onsite. Your wedding planner or event coordinator through Visit Galveston will help you find the ideal shuttle, limousine, or other service.

Seawolf Park

Is truly a unique waterfront venue, especially if you or your soon-to-be served in the Navy or Armed Forces. Unique photo opportunities present themselves nearby to the park. Consider photos against the backdrop of the USS Stewart, one of only three destroyer escorts in the world or the USS Cavalla, a WWII submarine. The park itself is secluded, with green landscaping, a jetty, and stone backdrop on the bay.

This delightful beach, a Galveston favorite, is located where Galveston’s Broadway meets the Seawall. It’s capable of hosting a smaller-sized event of approximately 75 guests. Like Appfel Beach listed above it offers a covered, open-air pavilion which allows you to move from ceremony to reception pavilion with ease.
