Southern Fried Chicken Cooking Class

In this class, Chef Mary will be teaching the class to make the perfect Cream Gravy to use as a base in your favorite southern staples! You will be frying your own chicken tenders, making Grandma Mary's Mac + Chz, and I'll be demoing green beans + bacon. You will learn the standard breading technique and how to make one of the five Mother Sauces (Béchamel).
