Turtles About Town
Visit the Turtles About Town for a unique tour experience. This free self-guided tour takes you to discover colorful Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle statues throughout the island. Started as a community art project founded by Turtle Island Restoration Network (TIRN) and Clay Cup Studios, this tour works to showcase the conservation efforts that Turtle Island Restoration Network has made to protect endangered sea turtles on the upper Texas coast.
