Galveston Symphony Orchestra performs unforgettable classical music concerts. With a repertoire ranging from the baroque to the contemporary, Masterworks Concerts include internationally famous soloists, while fun Pops Concerts include lively tunes from yesteryear. The Symphony’s highly skilled musicians, conducted by Trond Saeverud, perform on select Sunday afternoons at The Grand 1894 Opera House in historic downtown Galveston.
